- Segundo. Administrativo del Circuito de Armenia que, de forma inmediata, inicie el tramite de la accion de tutela de la referencia y profiera la decision de instancia que corresponda, conforme a las previsiones del articulo 86 de la Constitucion Politica y del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, comuniquese a los despachos judiciales en colision la decision adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de que tengan conocimiento sobre lo resuelto por la Corte Constitucional en relacion con el conflicto de competencia aparente.
