El peticionario solicita se aclare el numeral séptimo de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia, en el sentido de que se declare que las listas de elegibles del concurso de notarios, sólo tendrán efectos a partir de la notificación de la conformación definitiva de la lista de elegibles por parte del Consejo Superior y además solicita que se aclare en el sentido de que se ordene publicar la totalidad de las listas de elegibles vigente y no sólo aquellas con las personas convocadas a nombramiento.
La Corte no encuentra que exista una razón objetiva de duda que impida el entendimiento de la providencia, por lo tanto decide denegar.
