- Primero. CORREGIR el numeral
- segundo. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-918 del nueve (9) de noviembre de 2006 el cual quedará de la siguiente manera:
- "
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que, en aras de garantizar la efectividad de la acción de tutela, notifique este fallo a las partes dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes a su recepción".
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaría General de esta Corporación que notifique al demandado dentro del proceso T-1390891 de la corrección introducida a través del presente auto.
- Tercero. EXPEDIR copia autenticada de esta providencia con destino al expediente T-1390891 y fallado en la sentencia T-918 de 2006.
