- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Bogota, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Aura Maria Becerra Fajardo, contra el Juzgado 7 Civil Municipal de Bogota.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado 29 Civil del Circuito de Bogota, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
