- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional, en Sala Plena
- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. REMITIR al juzgado penal del circuito de Fredonia el proceso de la referencia, por cuanto le corresponde conocer del mismo en razon de la competencia territorial.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Secretaria General de la Corporacion que se de el traslado del proceso ICC-020 al Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Fredonia.
- Tercero. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
