- Tercero. Civil Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, el nueve (9) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994) en el asunto de la referencia.
- Segundo. Rechazar la acción de tutela formulada por la señora Elvia Rosa Galeano de Olave, contra el Consejo Nacional Electoral, el Registrador Municipal del Estado Civil (Barbosa -Santander), y el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil.
- Tercero. Notifíquese la presente decisión en los términos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
