- Primero. Aclarar la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-226 de 1997 en los siguientes terminos:
- "Declarar INEXEQUIBLES el numeral 9 del articulo 13 y el articulo 26 del Decreto 2743 de 1968, la expresion "El Tribunal Nacional del Deporte... En segunda instancia conocera de los recursos contra las decisiones del Tribunal Deportivo de las federaciones" del numeral 4 del articulo 56 Decreto 2845 de 1984, el literal A.E. del articulo 8, los articulos 29, 30, 31, 32, 49, 52 y la expresion "y Tribunal Nacional del Deporte" del paragrafo del articulo 34 de la Ley 49 de 1993."
- Segundo. El presente auto se publicara en la Gaceta de la Corte Constitucional, conjunto a la Sentencia C-226 de 1997.
