Se ordenó al Juzgado correspondiente poner en conocimiento de todo lo actuado por ese despacho judicial, desde la presentación de la demanda de tutela de la referencia por no notificar a una de las partes involucradas sobre el proceso que se adelantaba.
En consecuencia, se devuelve el expediente y el citado Juzgado debe informar sobre esta nulidad y cumplir con lo establecido.

- PRIMERO. ORDENAR al Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo de Familia de Palmira, Valle, PONER EN CONOCIMIENTO LA NULIDAD de todo lo actuado por ese despacho judicial, a partir de la presentacion de la demanda de tutela de la referencia. En consecuencia, el citado Juzgado debe notificar al gobernador del departamento del Valle, al alcalde del municipio de Palmira y al Fondo de Inversion Social - FiS, la nulidad que contiene el presente proceso, por no habersele notificado su iniciacion. Ademas, se les advertira que si guardan silencio, la nulidad se entendera saneada, caso en el cual el expediente se remitira nuevamente a esta sala de revision para su fallo..
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General, DEVOLVER el presente expediente al Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo de Familia de Palmira, para el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en el anterior numeral.
