- Primero. CONFIRMAR el auto proferido por la Magistrada Clara Ines Vargas Hernandez el ocho ( 8 ) de noviembre de 2004, numeral primero, por medio del cual se rechazo la demanda instaurada por el ciudadano Carlos Alfredo Ramirez Guerrero, por el cargo atinente a la violacion del articulo 29 Constitucional.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Secretaria General la remision del expediente de la referencia al Despacho de la Magistrada Sustanciadora , para los fines expuestos en esta providencia.
- Tercero. Contra esta providencia no cabe recurso alguno.
