Se negó la petición de aclaración de la Sentencia T-739/98, no sin antes señalar que la parte resolutiva de la mencionada providencia es clara en las órdenes de amparo que se impartieron en favor de la actora, en el proceso de revisión de tutela de la referencia.
En consecuencia, se ordenó comunicar al Juzgado competente para que verifique el cumplimiento del fallo proferido por esta Sala, y adopte las medidas que sean del caso.

- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique el presente Auto al Juzgado
- Septimo. Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, a fin de que verifique de inmediato el cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-738 de 1998, proferida por esta Sala, y adopte las medidas que sean del caso.
