Recurso de Súplica en contra del auto proferido por el Magistrado Nilson Pinilla Pinilla, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de la referencia por cuanto el demandante no acató los requerimientos efectuados en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala pudo establecer que el recurso de súplica fue presentado de manera extemporánea y en tal sentido decide RECHAZAR la petición elevada por el memorialista.
