Decidió acumular en un solo expediente (D-013 por ser el más antiguo) cinco demandas de inconstitucionalidad contra los artículos de la Ley 60 de 1990 del Decreto-Ley 1660 de 1991.

Lo anterior, en virtud de presentar unidad de materia.

De los mencionados procesos, decidió admitir dos e inadmitir los restantes, a cuyos demandantes se les concedió un término de tres días para subsanar las deficiencias detectadas por no tener en cuenta la unidad normativa existente a fin de que el fallo en sí mismo no resulte inocuo.
