1Quienes Hayan Prestado Sus Servicios Como Periodistas Profesionales, En Forma Continua O Discontinua, Durante 30 Años, Anteriores O Posteriores A La Ley 37 De 1973, Podrán Solicitar El Reconocimiento Y Pago De Su Pensión De Jubilación, Cualquiera Que Sea La Edad En Que Se Pida2En El Evento De Que La Empresa Periodística Haya Desaparecido Sin Que Se Hubiese Operado Sustitución Patronal Y No Exista Solvencia Económica Que Respalde La Cuota Asignada A Dicha Empresa Por El Patrono Obligado A Pagar La Mesada Pensional, Esta Cuota No Se Tendrá En Cuenta En La Liquidación Pertinente Y Le Será Descontada Al Pensionado De Su Asignación Mensual3El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición
