º En el evento de que la empresa periodística haya desaparecido sin que se hubiese operado sustitución patronal y no exista solvencia económica que respalde la cuota asignada a dicha empresa por el patrono obligado a pagar la mesada pensional, esta cuota no se tendrá en cuenta en la liquidación pertinente y le será descontada al pensionado de su asignación mensual.
