1º El Artículo 19 Del Código De Procedimiento Civil, Quedará Así: "artículo 192º Cuantia Para Recurrir En Casacion3º Las Cuantías Previstas En Los Artículos Anteriores Se Aumentarán En Un Cuarenta Por Ciento (40%) Desde El Primero (1º) De Enero De Mil Novecientos Noventa (1990), Y Se Seguirán Ajustando Automáticamente Cada Dos Años, En El Mismo Porcentaje Y En La Misma Fecha4º Los Aumentos Porcentuales A Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior, Se Aplicarán Sobre Las Cuantías Establecidas En Los Artículos 1º Y 2º Del Presente Decreto Y Su Vigencia No Afectará La Competencia En Los Asuntos Cuya Demanda Ya Hubiese Sido Admitida5º Los Procesos En Los Que La Demanda Hubiese Sido Presentada Antes De La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto, Continuarán Tramitándose De Acuerdo Con La Competencia Establecida En La Ley 2º De 19846º El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación Y Deroga Todas Las Disposiciones Que Le Sean Contrarias
