º Las cuantías previstas en los artículos anteriores se aumentarán en un cuarenta por ciento (40%) desde el primero (1º) de enero de mil novecientos noventa (1990), y se seguirán ajustando automáticamente cada dos años, en el mismo porcentaje y en la misma fecha. Los resultados de estos ajustes se aproximarán a la decena de miles inmediatamente superior. El último día del mes de octubre inmediatamente anterior a la fecha en que comiencen a regir los aumentos determinados en este artículo, el Gobierno podrá dictar un decreto indicando tales montos, a fin de ilustrar al respecto a jueces y abogados.
