º El artículo 19 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, quedará así: "Artículo 19. DE LAS CUANTIAS. Cuando la competencia o el trámite se determine por la cuantía de la pretensión, los procesos son de mayor, de menor o de mínima cuantía. Son de mayor cuantía los que versen sobre pretensiones patrimoniales de valor superior a un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000); de menor cuantía los de valor comprendido entre cien mil ($ 100.000) y un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000); y de mínima cuantía cuando dicho valor sea inferior a cien mil pesos ($ 100.000)".
