1La Enseñanza Secundaria En El Colegio Nacional De San Luis Gonzaga De Zipaquirá Se Dará De Acuerdo Con El Siguiente Pensum : Primer Año -Castellano, Aritmética, Historia Y Geografía De Colombia2El Personal Del Colegio Será El Siguiente: Un Rector, Con La Asignación Mensual De $ 80, Con La Obligación De Hacer Tres Clases Diarias3El Síndico Pasante Tendrá El Manejo De Los Fondos Del Colegio; Pasará La Cuenta Mensual Al Consejo Directivo Del Mismo, Para Su Revisión; Rendirá Esta Cuenta A La Corte Del Ramo; Y Asegurará El Manejo De Los Fondos Con Fianza Personal O Hipotecaria, De $500 Oro, A Satisfacción Del Consejo Directivo Del Colegio4El Consejo Directivo Del Colegio Lo Formarán: El Rector, El Vicerrector, El Párroco Profesor De Religión Del Colegio, Y Dos Profesores, Los Cuales Serán Designados Por Los Otros Tres Miembros Ya Expresados, Y Actuará Como Secretario El Secretario Del Establecimiento5Son Fondos Del Colegio: 16El Rector, De Acuerdo Con El Consejo Directivo, Podrá Establecer En El Colegio Un Internado, De Carácter Supernumerario7El Ministerio De Instrucción Pública, De Acuerdo Con Las Indicaciones Del Consejo Directivo, Invertirá Los Fondos Sobrantes Del Pago De Personal Y Profesores, En Las Reparaciones Que Necesite El Local Del Colegio, En Material Y Útiles Del Mismo8Por El Ministerio De Instrucción Pública Se Expedirá El Reglamento Del Colegio, Cuyo Proyecto Le Será Presentado, Por El Consejo Directivo Del Mismo Treinta Días Después De Aquél En Que Se Haya Instalado
