° Son fondos del Colegio: 1.°. el auxilio destinado por la Ley 102 de 1913; 2.°. los derechos de matrícula, los cuales serán señalados por el Consejo Directivo, previa aprobación del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública; y 3.°, las donaciones y demás fondos que, por cualquier otro motivo, entren a la Sindicatura del Colegio.
