1La Corte Plena En Lo Civil Se Compone De Nueve Magistrados, A Saber: Los Seis Que Forman La Sala De Casación Civil Y Los Tres Que Integran La De Negocios Generales2Los Negocios De Que Trata El Numeral 8° Del Artículo 40 Del Código Judicial, Que Estén Pendientes O Que En Lo Sucesivo Se Promuevan, Se Repartirán Entre Todos Los Magistrados De La Corte Plena En Lo Civil, Y El Magistrado A Quien Se Reparta El Negocio Será El Sustanciador En Él Y Tendrá Las Atribuciones Que Como A Tal Corresponden Según La Ley3Los Negocios A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 2º De La Ley 25 De 1929, Cuyo Conocimiento Por Mandato Constitucional Corresponde A La Corte Plena, Se Repartirán En Ella Entre Todos Los Magistrados Que La Componen, Tanto Los Que Estaban En Curso Cuando Entró A Regir La Expresada Ley Como Los Presentados O Que Se Presenten Después
