Los negocios de que trata el numeral 8° del artículo 40 del Código Judicial, que estén pendientes o que en lo sucesivo se promuevan, se repartirán entre todos los Magistrados de la Corte Plena en lo Civil, y el Magistrado a quien se reparta el negocio será el sustanciador en él y tendrá las atribuciones que como a tal corresponden según la ley.
