1Los Sargentos Primeros Y Segundos Que De Acuerdo Con El Artículo 12 De La Ley 104 De 1927 Sean Propuestos Por Los Comandos Superiores Como Aspirantes A Ingresar A La Escuela Militar Y Tengan Que Hacer Dicho Ingreso A Primer Año Del Curso General, Debido A Sus Conocimientos, Podrán Tener Una Edad Máxima De Veintitrés Años2Los Sargentos Primeros Y Segundos Que Sean Propuestos Por Los Comandos Superiores Y Que Por Sus Conocimientos Puedan Ingresar A Segundo Año Del Curso General, Podrán Tener Una Edad Máxima De Veinticuatro Años Y Podrán Ser Admitidos Para Continuar Los Estudios Correspondientes Al Año En Referencia3Los Sargentos Primeros Y Segundos Que Se Presenten Como Aspirantes A La Escuela Militar, Propuestos Por Los Comandos Superiores, Deberán Someterse, Para Su Ingreso, A Todas Las Demás Disposiciones Establecidas En El Prospecto De Admisión A Dicho Instituto
