° Los Sargentos primeros y segundos que de acuerdo con el artículo 12 de la Ley 104 de 1927 sean propuestos por los Comandos Superiores como aspirantes a ingresar a la Escuela Militar y tengan que hacer dicho ingreso a primer año del curso general, debido a sus conocimientos, podrán tener una edad máxima de veintitrés años.
