1El Personal De Las Obras Públicas Nacionales Que Hubiere Recibido Indemnización Por Accidente De Trabajo, Y Cuya Incapacidad Aunque Sea De Carácter Permanente, No Disminuya Su Capacidad Obrera Para Trabajar En Las Labores A Las Cuales Venia Dedicado, Podrá Continuar Trabajando En Las Mismas2El Personal Que Haya Recibido Indemnización Por Incapacidad Permanente Total, Y El Que Haya Recibido Medio Sueldo Durante Seis (6) Meses Por Sufrir De Uña Enfermedad Orgánica, Y Que Pueda Recaer, No Será Recibido En Las Obras Públicas Nacionales; Y Si Por Inadvertencia Lo Fuere, Será Suspendido Cuando El Hecho Se Descubra3En Los Términos Anteriores Queda Modificado El Artículo 34 Y Demás Que Le Sean Concordantes Del Decreto Numero 190, De 28 De Enero De 1939
