1Article 110Del Decreto 1135 De 1952, Con Anterioridad A La Vigencia Del Decreto 624 Del 14 De Marzo De 1980, Se Efectuará Atendiendo Las Siguientes Situaciones: A) Si El Docente Permanece En El Grado 2 Del Actual Escalafón Docente, El Porcentaje Se Liquidará Tomando La Asignación Básica De Este Grado; B) Si El Docente Cambia De Grado, El Porcentaje Se Liquidará Tomando La Asignación Básica Señalada A La Primera Categoría Del Escalafón Docente En 31 De Diciembre De 1979 Tal Liquidación Se Hará Efectiva A Partir Del Momento En Que El Docente Acredite Nuevo Grado En El Escalafón Nacional2Article 23Article 3
