1º De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto En La Ley 59 De 1987, Autorízase A La Empresa Colombiana De Petróleos, "ecopetrol", Empresa Industrial Y Comercial Del Estado, Y A Terpel Del Centro S2º Terpel Del Occidente S3º Sin Perjuicio De Lo Que Se Establezca En La Escritura De Constitución De La Sociedad O En Las Que La Reformen, Terpel Del Occidente S4º El Capital Autorizado De Terpel Del Occidente S5º Las Entidades Públicas Accionistas En Esta Sociedad Gozarán Del Derecho De Preferencia Para La Negociación De Acciones, De Conformidad Con Lo Establecido En El Decreto-Ley 130 De 19766º En Los Respectivos Estatutos De Constitución De La Sociedad Y Sus Reformas, Si Las Hubiere, Se Determinará Lo Concerniente A Los Órganos De Dirección, Administración Y Control Y, En General Lo Referente A La Estructura Interna, De Conformidad Con Las Disposiciones Del Código De Comercio Y Demás Normas Vigentes7º El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
