1Concédese Indulto Á Los Que Se Encuentran Detenidos En Quibdó Por Haber Tomado Parte En El Motín Que Ocurrió En Aquella Ciudad El 29 De Abril Último, Con Motivo De Las Elecciones Populares Que Se Verificaron En Ese Día2° La Gracia Concedida Por El Artículo Anterior No Comprende Á Los Que Conforme Al Sumario Que Se Está Instruyendo, Resulten Ser Autores De Los Desórdenes De Dicho Día3° El Gobernador Del Departamento Del Cauca, Á Quien Se Comunicará Este Decreto, Cuidará De Que Se Le Dé Puntual Cumplimiento Y Fijará Respectivamente El Importe De La Fianza Que Deben Prestar Los Autores Principales, Teniendo En Cuenta La Condición De Éstos Publíquese En El Diario Oficial
