° La gracia concedida por el artículo anterior no comprende á los que conforme al sumario que se está instruyendo, resulten ser autores de los desórdenes de dicho día. sino á codición de que den fianza á satisfacción de la primera autoridad política de Quibdó de que en lo sucesivo no turbarán el orden público ni atentarán contra la libertad del sufragio.
