° El Gobernador del Departamento del Cauca, á quien se comunicará este Decreto, cuidará de que se le dé puntual cumplimiento y fijará respectivamente el importe de la fianza que deben prestar los autores principales, teniendo en cuenta la condición de éstos Publíquese en el Diario Oficial.
