Por la cual se rinde homenaje al Municipio de Mahates, en el Departamento de Bolívar, con motivo del trisesquicentenario de su fundación por el Adelantado Don Pedro de Heredia, se relieva el espiritú progresista de sus moradores y se dictan otras disposiciones
