LEY 48 DE 1968, 16/12/1968, por la cual se adoptan como legislación permanente algunos decretos legislativos, se otorgan facultades al Presidente de la República y a las Asambleas, se introducen reformas al Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y se dictan otras disposiciones.
