por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Tratado sobre Cooperación Judicial Mutua entre el Gobierno de la República de El Salvador y el Gobierno de la República de Colombia", suscrito en Cartagena de Indias, a los diez (10) días del mes de junio de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994).
