1Podrán Cofinanciar Programas De Desarrollo Rural Con El Fondo Dri Las Organizaciones Campesinas Y Las Comunidades De Productores Organizados, Tales Como, Comunidades Indígenas, Cooperativas De Primero Y Segundo Grado, Grupos Precooperativos, Empresas Comunitarias, Formas Asociativas Comunitarias, Sociedades De Productores Agropecuarios, Forestales O Pesqueros (Incluidas Las De Carácter Mixto) Y Las Asociaciones O Federaciones De Productores2Para Acceder A La Cofinanciación De Programas O Proyectos, Las Organizaciones Campesinas E Indígenas Y Las Comunidades De Productores Organizados Deberán Demostrar Ante El Fondo Dri Capacidad Legal Y Estatutaria; Identificar, Formular Y Hacer La Evaluación Previa De Los Proyectos Objeto De Cofinanciación, Siguiendo Los Parámetros Establecidos En El Reglamento Operativo Del Fondo Dri; Y Demostrar Capacidad De Cofinanciación Respaldada Por Los Estados Financieros De Los Dos Últimos Años Firmados Por Un Revisor Fiscal O Contador3Las Unidades Especializadas De Los Departamentos Y Distritos (Udecos) Ejercerán Las Mismas Funciones Que Tienen Asignadas Dentro Del Sistema Nacional De Cofinanciación De Que Trata El Decreto 2132 De 19924Article 45Article 56Article 67Todos Los Programas O Proyectos A Ser Cofinanciados Por El Fondo Dri Con Las Entidades Reguladas En Este Decreto Deberán Estar Vigilados Por Las Veedurías Populares O Cualquier Otra Forma De Control Ciudadano8Article 89Article 9
