º . Los márgenes de cofinanciación de los proyectos de que trata el presente Decreto serán los mismos establecidos por el Fondo DRI, en el Reglamento operativo, de acuerdo con el Subprograma y la categoría del ente territorial donde se desarrollará el proyecto. El acceso a la cofinanciación está supeditado. en todo caso, al cupo indicativo presupuestal asignado por la Junta Directiva del Fondo DRI al Departamento dentro del cual habrá de ejecutarse el proyecto.
