1La Enajenación, A Título De Venta O Permuta, De Los Inmuebles De Propiedad Nacional, De Que Tratan Los Artículos 1°, 2°, Y 6°, De La Ley 90 De 1944, Se Efectuara Por El Ministerio De Obras Públicas De Acuerdo Con Las Disposiciones Del Código Fiscal, Y De Las Normas Que Diste La Contraloría General De La República, Previa Solicitud Que En Cada Caso, Haga El Ministerio De Gobierno2Los Productos De Las Ventas De Los Inmuebles A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto, Se Depositaran En La Tesorería General De La República, Con Destino Al Cumplimiento De La Expresada Ley, Y Con El Objeto De Que Por El Ministerio De Hacienda Y Crédito Público, Se Abran Los Créditos Correspondientes, De Acuerdo Con Las Determinaciones Del Ministerio De Gobierno3El Ministerio De Obras Públicas Intervendrá En Los Contratos Que Se Celebren Para Los Fines Determinados En El Artículo 1° De La Ley 90 De 1944, Y Cuyo Cumplimiento Se Garantice Con Hipoteca De Los Inmuebles Que En Ese Mismo Artículo Se Determinan
