° El Ministerio de Obras Públicas intervendrá en los contratos que se celebren para los fines determinados en el artículo 1° de la ley 90 de 1944, y cuyo cumplimiento se garantice con hipoteca de los inmuebles que en ese mismo artículo se determinan. Comuníquese y publíquese.
