1Los Municipios Cuyas Plazas O Edificios De Mercado, Oficialmente Establecidos, Sean Insuficientes, A Juicio Del Gobernador Del Respectivo Departamento, Deberán Proceder Dentro De Los Tres (3) Meses Siguientes A La Expedición De Este Decreto, A Ampliarse O A Establecer Nuevos Sitios De Expendio Dentro Del Perímetro Urbano, De Modo Que Los Productores Encuentren Siempre Facilidades Para Vender Directamente Sus Productos2Los Municipios No Podrán Exigir Impuesto, Contribución O Derecho Alguno, Ni Prohibir A Los Campesinos Productores Que Expendan Directamente Sus Productos, Cuando No Se Les Hubiere Señalado Sitio Adecuado En Los Mercados De Que Trata El Artículo Anterior Y Vendieren Los Víveres En Cualquier Parte Del Perímetro Urbano3Desde El Primero (1º) De Junio Del Año En Curso Las Tarifas Fijadas En Los Municipios Para Los Mercados No Podrán Regir Sin La Aprobación Del Respectivo Gobernador4A Los Municipios Que No Dieren Cumplimiento A Las Disposiciones De Este Decreto, No Se Les Pagarán Los Auxilios O Participaciones Nacionales O Departamentales Que Les Correspondan Por Leyes U Ordenanzas5Este Decreto Regirá Desde La Fecha De Su Expedición
