º. Los Municipios cuyas plazas o edificios de mercado, oficialmente establecidos, sean insuficientes, a juicio del Gobernador del respectivo Departamento, deberán proceder dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la expedición de este Decreto, a ampliarse o a establecer nuevos sitios de expendio dentro del perímetro urbano, de modo que los productores encuentren siempre facilidades para vender directamente sus productos.
