1Fíjase, A Partir Del Primero De Mayo Del Presente, En Doscientos Pesos ( $ 2,00 ) Mensuales La Partida Que Corresponde Al Departamento De Santander Para Fomentar La Industria De La Seda, De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto Por El Artículo 2º De La Ley 13 De 19152La Suma Dicha Se Pagará Por Mensualidades Al Departamento De Santander, Por Conducto De La Administración De Hacienda Nacional, Y Será Destinada De Preferencia Al Sostenimiento Y Ensanche De La Escuela De Sericicultura De Bucaramanga3En Lo Sucesivo La Escuela Expresada Dependerá De La Gobernación De Santander, La Que, En Consecuencia, Procederá A Reorganizarla, De Acuerdo Con Su Actual Director, En La Forma Que Juzgue Más Conveniente Para Su Regular Funcionamiento, Disponiendo Lo Que Considere Necesario Acerca De La Distribución, Manejo E Inversión De La Suma Que Por Este Decreto Se Apropia Y De Los Productos Que Se Obtengan De La Industria Establecida En Dicha Escuela4De La Inversión Que Se Dé A La Suma Y A Los Productos De Que Trata El Artículo Anterior, Se Llevará Una Cuenta Especial Que Se Rendirá Al Tribunal De Cuentas De Santander, El Cual Deberá Estudiarla Y Fenecerla Definitivamente
