1Para Los Efectos De La Aplicación De La Tarifa De Aduanas Y De La Imposición Del Gravamen Sobre Los Vinos, Clasifícanse Éstos Así: El Vino Tinto Común, En Barriles, Pipas Y Damajuanas Pertenecerá Á La Tercera Clase ($0-02)2º La Reducción De Los Derechos De Importación Sobre Los Vinos De Que Trata El Presente Decreto Empezará Á Regir Seis Meses Después Del Día En Que Se Publique En El Diario Oficial , Y Se Efectuará Tal Reducción Por Decimas Partes En Los Diez Meses Siguientes Al Día En Que Empiece Á Regir El Mismo Decreto
