1Créanse Los Siguientes Cargos En El Departamento Administrativo Nacional De Cooperativas: Despacho Del Jefe2La Planta De Personal De La Superintendencia Nacional De Cooperativas, Establecida Por El Decreto 1216 De 1977 Y Demás Normas Concordantes, Será La Del Departamento Administrativo Nacional De Cooperativas Hasta Tanto Se Adopte La Correspondiente Del Mismo3De Conformidad Con Los Artículos 38 Y 39 De La Ley 24 De 1981, Los Gastos Que Demande El Funcionamiento Del Departamento Administrativo Nacional De Cooperativas, Se Pagarán Con Cargo Al Presupuesto De La Actual Vigencia Correspondiente A La Superintendencia Nacional De Cooperativas, Hasta Cuando Se Adopte El Presupuesto Del Nuevo Departamento Administrativo4Este Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición
