º La Planta de Personal de la Superintendencia Nacional de Cooperativas, establecida por el Decreto 1216 de 1977 y demás normas concordantes, será la del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas hasta tanto se adopte la correspondiente del mismo. Quienes vienen prestando servicios en la Superintendencia Nacional de Cooperativas, con excepción del Superintendente y del Secretario General, continuarán desempeñando los empleos de que son titulares hasta tanto sean removidos de éstos conforme a la ley o incorporados a la Planta de Personal del Departamento, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 de la Ley 24 de 1981.
