1Los Equipos Técnicos Y El Material Científico Que Importen Las Universidades Oficiales Y Las Privadas Que No Persigan Fines De Lucro, Con Destino Exclusivo A La Enseñanza, Estarán Exentos Del Pago De Derechos De Aduana, Del Impuesto De Giros Y De Los Depósitos Previos En El Banco De La República2Cuando Se Trate De La Importación De Elementos Que Estén Incluídos En Las Lista De Prohibida Importación, Con Los Mismos Fines Anteriores, La Superintendencia De Importaciones Podrá Autorizarla, Previo Concepto Favorable De Su Junta Directiva, En Cada Caso3Autorízase A Los Municipios Para Conceder Exenciones Del Impuesto Predial A Las Universidades Oficiales Y Privadas Que No Persigan Fines De Lucro, En Relación Con Los Bienes Inmuebles Utilizados Exclusivamente En Sus Fines Educativos4Elévase Hasta El 20% De La Renta Liquida El Límite De Las Donaciones Que, Según Lo Establecido En El Decreto Legislativo Número 2536 De 1950, Son Deducibles De La Renta Bruta5El Presente Decreto Rige Desde La Fecha De Su Expedición
