1El Numeral 2º Del Artículo 77 Del Decreto 00164 De 1950, Será Aplicable A Los Producidos E Moneda Nacional De Las Operaciones De Crédito Externo Destinadas Al Equilibrio De La Balanza De Pagos, Que Se Hayan Celebrado Con Anterioridad A La Fecha De Este Decreto, Siempre Que Se Reúnan Las Siguientes Condiciones: A) Que Tal Utilización Se Haya Pactado En Los Convenios O Contratos Que Dieron Origen A La Operación De Crédito Externo; B) Que El Producido En Moneda Nacional Se Incorpore En El Presupuesto Nacional Con El Exclusivo Fin De Compensar Déficit De Vigencias Anteriores Y El Probable Déficit De La Actual Vigencia2El Presente Decreto Rige Desde La Fecha De Su Expedición Y Modifica Las Disposiciones Que Le Sean Contrarias
