1Las Funciones Propias Del Ministerio De Justicia, Serán Ejercidas Por La Siguiente Planta Parcial De Personal: 1° Dirección, Ejecución Y Control2Los Empleados Que Actualmente Prestan Sus Servicios En El Ministerio De Justicia Serán Incorporados Mediante Decreto O Resolución, De Conformidad Con Las Normas Legales Vigentes3Los Empleos De Carácter Profesional Ubicados En Grados Ocupacionales, Del 18 Inclusive En Adelante, De Acuerdo Con La Nomenclatura Y Escala De Sueldos A Que Se Refiere El Decreto Número 1678 De 1960, Y Las Demás Normas Legales Que Lo Adicionan, Sólo Podrán Ser Desempeñados Por Las Personas Que Acrediten Poseer El Título Correspondiente4Los Cargos De Carácter Docente Indicados En Este Decreto, Solamente Podrán Ser Desempeñados Por Quienes Acrediten Título En Pedagogía Y Pertenezcan A La Primera Categoría De! Escalafón Nacional De Educación Elemental, Media O Superior5Para La Ejecución De Lo Ordenado En Este Decreto Podrán Hacerse Los Traslados Presupuestales Y Demás Operaciones Del Mismo Carácter Que Sean Necesarios6El Presente Decretó Rige A Partir De La Fecha, De Su Expedición; Revoca El Decreto 2535 De 1966; Deroga Los Decretos 1237 Y 1838 De 1964 Y Demás Disposiciones Que Le Sean Contrarias, Y Surte Efectos Presupuéstales Desde El 1° De Julio De 1966
