1Article 11Autorizase A La N2Autorizase Asimismo A La N3El Pago De La Totalidad De Los Instalamentos A Favor De Los Tenedores De Acciones Handel Diferentes De Los Mencionados En El Parágrafo Del Artículo Segundo De Esta Resolución, Se Hará Mediante Licencia De Cambio Individual Que Expedirá Esta Oficina Inmediatamente Después De Que Cada Tenedor Haya Cumplido Ante La Prefectura De Control De Cambios Los Siguientes Requisitos: A) Comprobar Que Los Títulos De Acciones Handel Aparecen Incluidos En Las Alistas Aprobadas Por El Gobierno De Los Países Bajos; Y B) Si Se Trata De Tenedores Colombianos O De Extranjeros Domiciliados En Colombia, Acreditar El Origen Legitimo De La Moneda Extranjera Con Que Tales Tenedores Hayan Pagado Las Acciones Handel De Su Propiedad4Esta Resolución Regirá Desde La Fecha En Que Sea Aprobada2El Presente Decreto Rige Desde Su Expedición
