Articulo 1º Autorizase a la N.V. Handel en Industric Maats Chappii "Bogotá" in Liquidatie para trasferir a las sociedades Colombianas Consorcio de cervecerías Bavaria, S.A., y/o Vidriería Fenicia, S. A,. las 10.755.000 acciones Consorcio $3.5559.950 a que se refiere el Convenio celebrado el 27 de Mayo último, firmado en la Haya entre el Gobierno de los Países Bajos y las 2 últimas sociedades, aceptado, por el Gobierno colombiano por Resolución ejecutiva numero 223 de 1950, contrato que implica un pago de US$ 4.950.000 al Gobierno de los Países Bajos. La autorización aquí dada comprende la de que el consorcio de Cervecerías Bavaria, S. A., acepten la transferencia de aquellos valores.
