1º Adiciónase El Artículo 6º Del Decreto 1970 De 1979 Con El Siguiente Literal: "h) Otorgar Financiaciones Mediante La Aceptación De Letras De Cambio"2º Las Aceptaciones Que Otorguen Las Compañías De Financiamiento Comercial Tendrán Un Plazo De Vencimiento No Superior A Seis Meses, Serán Libremente Negociables, No Renovables Y Sólo Podrán Originarse En Transacciones De Compraventa De Bienes En El Interior3º Para Efectos De Lo Previsto En El Artículo Anterior, Las Compañías De Financiamiento Comercial Sólo Podrán Otorgar Aceptaciones Previa Presentación De Documentos Que Reflejen Que La Relación Causal Que Ha Dado Lugar A La Emisión Del Título Valor Es Una Compraventa Cierta De Mercaderías, Con Identificación Plena Del Girador Y Del Tenedor Inicial De Aquél4º El Total De Aceptaciones Otorgadas Por Cualquier Compañía De Financiamiento Comercial No Podrá Exceder Del 100% Del Capital Pagado Y Reservas De La Respectiva Institución5º El Presente Decreto Rige Desde La Fecha De Su Publicación
