º El total de aceptaciones otorgadas por cualquier compañía de financiamiento comercial no podrá exceder del 100% del capital pagado y reservas de la respectiva institución. Además, tales exigibilidades se computarán para efectos de establecer la relación porcentual entre el capital pagado y reservas de las compañías de financiamiento comercial y el total de sus obligaciones para con el público, señalada en el artículo 1º del Decreto 1366 de 1981.
