1Para Los Efectos De Los Límites De Inversión Previstos En El Literal B) Del Artículo 1º De La Ley 45 De 1990, El Capital Y Reservas Patrimoniales De La Respectiva Institución Financiera, Deberán Computarse Debidamente Saneados2Los Establecimientos De Crédito Que Se Constituyan Con Posterioridad A La Vigencia De La Ley 45 De 1990, O Que Estando Constituidos No Tengan Sección Fiduciaria Autorizada, No Podrán Prestar Servicios Fiduciarios, Con Excepción De Las Operaciones Autorizadas Por El Artículo 6º De La Citada Ley3Los Establecimientos De Crédito Que Tengan Sección Fiduciaria Autorizada Y Deban Desmontarla, De Conformidad Con El Artículo 6º De La Ley 45 De 1990, Deberán Presentar Dentro De Los Seis (6) Meses Siguientes A La Vigencia De La Citada Ley, El Correspondiente Programa De Desmonte4La Duración De Las Operaciones Celebradas Durante El Término Para La Presentación Del Programa De Desmonte, No Podrá Exceder El Plazo Del Programa O El Término Máximo De Dos (2) Años Previsto Para Culminar El Mencionado Programa, Según Se Trate5El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
